This is Nigel "WILD MAN" Soult's incredible miata.  The first major power mod was a Sebring Supercharger (M45 blower) spun much faster than the "out of the box" unit that Sebring (now Jackson Racing) sells.  Nigel ran around 11-12psi of boost with this system.  He is the designer of the BSP air/water intercooler and naturally has one with this system.  The FM ECU controls 370cc/min RC injectors to supply adequate fuel under all conditions.  The dyno pull indicated 180hp at the wheels.

Future upgrades include fabricating in a M62 blower instead of the M45.  Boost pressures will likely rise to at least 15psi to produce a system capable of over 220hp at the wheels.

1/31/2003 update...  WILD MAN has upgraded his supercharger system with a larger blower.  It went from the standard M45 to M62.  He has been working on a lot of fine tuning with this but has made considerable progress.  He's hovering around the 200-210 hp mark right now, but we are all convinced there is more room for growth.

WILD MAN has also swapped out his Mille Miglia wheels for a nice set of 16" Panasports.
